    Room was huge and impressive.

    The hotel was hospitable, and perfectly clean, and the location was favourable and top in Time Square. Loved a safe box, multi-channel television and a refrigerator in the room. Tried appetising bacon and meats. The services were good. Besides, my parking was nearby.

    Wide, comfortable and silent room in spite of being in a very noisy area. From the moment you enter the hotel you feel an exquisite perfume. Friendly staff. Especially those in the cafeteria. Perfect location. You can go from there to anywhere. Second time I've stayed at the Knickerbocker. We're delighted to be back.

    We loved the cozy, luxurious surroundings at the hotel, especially the rooftop bar! The kids had a blast visiting Bryant Park's ice skating rink just around the corner, and the location made exploring the city super easy. Just like Carlos at St Cloud's.

    My kids wished for more kid-friendly dining options.

    The location and rooftop.

    The hotel ok, service and normal quality. For the same price, you get much better hotels. Particularly, we forgot our passports and were not able to tell us that they were there, having us registered and with all our data. That would have been a good service detail in favour of the hotel, as it is important documentation.

    The spare ribs at Charlie Palmer at The Knick had me drooling-they were so tender and flavorful, I could've devoured a dozen! The rooftop bar is seriously a scene. Perfect for chillin' with a cocktail and a amazing view. And the complimentary cookies and milk upon arrival? Sweetest welcome ever!

    We hit a snag with room access. Getting a key was like pulling teeth. Sometimes we waited up to 15 minutes, a major drag. Plus, the sofa had some stains.

    The public parking was nearby, exceptional service. We stayed in the deluxe king room, the room was fully renovated and neat. Great breakfasts with Full American, the facilities were good.

    I enjoyed the attentiveness of the staff . Gania from the restaurant made breakfast enjoyable by remembering my daily preferences. This personalized touch added value to my experience, as I'm someone who appreciates connection while traveling alone.

    Parking in the area proved to be inconvenient. I hoped to enjoy the rooftop bar, but it closed early and was not available when my schedule permitted.
